Does Playing Golf Makes You Live Longer?

A new study has been released that has shown that no matter how good, or bad your golf game is, it’s good for your health! The study which was done by Swedish researchers has shown that those who play golf may live up to 5 years longer then those who don’t! Why?
Well it’s simple really. Though most folks use golf carts these days to play golf, there is still a lot of walking involved (especially if your game is anything like mine!). If you think about it, a round of golf could take 4 to 5 hours which is a good amount of time spent outside and walking. It also helps release stress and helps folks be more social.


So next time the boss gives ya a hard time about playing 18, or the wife tells you to do something other then golf, just reassure them you are doing it for your health!
