Returns and Exchanges

We'll refund your online purchase if you:

• Return or exchange any unopened items in its original condition and packaging.
• Included a copy of your order number, name, address and phone number.
• Ship by a trackable shipping method, we can not provide a refund if the item is not received.
• Return within 30 days of delivery date.

NOTE:

If your return or exchange is not due to our error, a shipping charge will apply.

We can not accept returns or exchanges if the item has been used, or is not in it's original condition and packaging.

Shipping charges are not refundable. In the event of a return, the actual shipping charges will be deducted for your refund.

Some items may be subject to a restocking charge.
